Hypothesis 39: Cosmic Metabolism and Intelligent Recycling
Abstract
This hypothesis proposes the existence of a "Cosmic Metabolism" within the universal structure, suggesting that the universe operates as a highly efficient, closed-loop recycling system. The core principles of this hypothesis include: Intelligent Resource Management: Matter and energy are never truly wasted; instead, they are repurposed by an underlying intelligent mechanism to fuel new celestial formations. Anti-Entropy Dynamics: Contrary to the classical view of heat death, this model suggests a self-feeding system that maintains order through purposeful transformation. Empirical Observation: The hypothesis is illustrated through the biological recovery of a weakened system (a newborn calf) after targeted energy input (rehydration), serving as a micro-scale model for how cosmic structures re-establish equilibrium and "uprising force". This work challenges standard thermodynamic decay models by emphasizing the intelligent "metabolic" nature of the cosmos.
