Abstract

This deposit provides the reference implementation of the Spatially Conditioned Adaptive Risk Model (SCARM), including both frequentist and Bayesian formulations. The framework is designed for spatial analysis of aggregated territorial data, allowing the identification of adaptive risk patterns and the decomposition of spatial, contextual, and local components.
