Abstract

This paper introduces and operationalizes the Theorem of Axiomatic Necessity (TNA) as a rigorous formal filter for evaluating the structural viability of functional systems. We demonstrate that for any system of propositions $A$ to sustain a stable observational reality \Sigma_E, it must incorporate an external, non-derivable, and finite axiomatic anchor (a_Nec). Through a multi-domain analysis—including social structures (the "Third Party" in marriage), critical engineering (the approximation of pi in nuclear safety), and biological architectures (the fractal efficiency of human lungs)—we prove that systems relying solely on internal derivations inevitably succumb to functional collapse. The TNA establishes that coherence is not a spontaneous internal property but a "tax" paid to external reality. By formalizing the requirement for a minimal support core (F_min), this work provides a predictive framework for identifying systemic "madness" and pre-collapse states in any architecture that attempts to bypass external grounding.
