Abstract

Version 2.0.0 archives the analysis code, processed GIRO ionosonde input tables, derived eclipse geometry, response diagnostics, generated figures, and supplementary material supporting the comparative analysis of the 4 January 2011 and 25 October 2022 partial solar eclipses. This release adds automatic adjacent-day quiet-reference selection, station-specific effective F2-height obscuration, native-cadence lag diagnostics with boundary flags, expanded reference-level tables, and a six-reference-day sensitivity calculation. GIRO FastChar measurements were screened using a uniform autoscaling confidence criterion of CS >= 70%; lower-confidence records were treated as missing before the processed input tables were assembled. The archived TEC quantity is the GIRO ionosonde-derived product.
