Europe eclipse ionosphere 2011–2022: code and lightweight input tables for Acta Geophysica paper

Reproducibility release for the manuscript: "Comparative diagnostics of partial-eclipse-driven perturbations in the European ionosphere" (Acta Geophysica, submitted) This release contains the analysis code to reproduce: eclipse obscuration geometry (PyEphem / ephem) quiet-reference anomalies (ΔX) for foF2, hmF2, TEC station multi-panel time series heatmaps of anomalies global eclipse–response metrics (ηX, χmin,X, τbest,X, λbest,X) Data availability GIRO Digisonde / OMNIWeb products are not redistributed here; the repository documents the required input format and provides lightweight example tables.
