Abstract

This paper introduces Space–Change Geometry (SCG), a framework based on the premise that change is fundamental and that time emerges only as a way of comparing the accumulation of these underlying transformations. SCG retains three spatial dimensions but assigns each an embedded imaginary component representing internal change, yielding an intrinsically complex spatial geometry. When spatial and change displacements are orthogonal, the familiar structure of special relativity appears naturally; when orthogonality varies across space, new geometric features emerge, including curvature-like behavior and phase-like evolution. While exploratory, the framework suggests that embedding change directly into the geometry of space may offer a surprisingly unified and parsimonious way to understand many seemingly disparate physical behaviors.
