Abstract

النص الكامل للكتاب متاح عبر الناشر الرسمي (المركز الديمقراطي العربي – برلين) على الرابط التالي:https://www.democraticac.de/?p=75075 Abstract Artificial intelligence fascinates us every day by bringing solutions to a range of issues that have become global in the age of digital transformation, and where artificial intelligence is defined as “the tradition of intelligent human behavior,” four types of intelligent systems can be found: Systems that think like humans; Systems that behave like humans; Systems that think rationally; Just as artificial intelligence’s primary objective is to facilitate the empowerment of individuals, it has a negative impact on these rights, and even though digital space technology has greatly facilitated the human rights revolution and opened up a new space for the exercise of digital rights and freedoms. At the same time, it poses a series of challenges in view of the dangers of the widespread use of space and its investment by some in negative things that have led to the emergence of a range of international issues for which the international community must find solutions, such as cyber-security and cyber-crime. Indeed, the Internet is being used against the national security and sovereignty of States, all of which affect human rights. This research is an appeal and an alert to consider future strategies and legislative remedies to ensure property protection and digital rights in the age of artificial intelligence. The full text of the book is available through the official publisher (Democratic Arab Center – Berlin) at:https://www.democraticac.de/?p=75075
