This white paper argues that events in the real world—corporate collapses, political downfalls, family tragedies, wrongful imprisonment, sudden reversals of fortune—do not occur randomly. They unfold through a lawful sequence governed by intention, action, conditions, timing, and judgment. The model originates from long-term comparative analysis of real-world cases and classical Buddhist scriptures. In this work, Buddhist sutras are not treated as religious teachings, but as historical archives of cosmological law. Their symbolic language is decoded into structural mechanisms: karmic recording; judicial evaluation; execution fields (in this model, hell-type punishment realms are treated as non-symbolic punishment domains); and lawful re-entry through rebirth. Across major civilizations, recurring narratives of “heaven” and “hell” are interpreted here not as competing myths, but as culturally different surface forms of one underlying architecture of reward fields and punishment fields in the universal system. Religious diversity is understood as multiple curricula within a single divine education system—each tradition functioning as “teaching according to the learner” for souls of different capacities, cultures, and levels of understanding. Earlier versions of the model (v2.2) identified a four-stage observational pattern:choice → action → accumulation → result.Version 3.2 expands this into a six-stage structural system, aligned with Soul Theory: The Universal Soul Ledger System, and introduces precise distinctions between karma, cause, destiny, and outcome. The six stages are defined as:- Choice — the moment intention enters conscious awareness- Karma — intention solidified into an irreversible causal commitment- Cause — action entering the world and forming a trajectory- Karmic System — interaction across four computational Dimensions: the Good-Karma Dimension, the Bad-Karma Dimension, the Causality Dimension, and the Collective-Karma Dimension- Destiny — the assigned life-path following judgment- Result (Fruit) — completion of a causal cycle when conditions mature This framework rejects vague moralization. It does not claim that suffering is “deserved,” nor that virtue guarantees visible reward. Instead, it shows how unresolved causes persist across time, how multiple agents interact within one causal web, and why timing differences occur even under similar actions. Methodologically, the model is descriptive and structural rather than empirical or doctrinal. It does not replace classical Buddhist exegesis, nor does it function as a statistical or experimental science. Its scope is to offer one coherent lens for reading how intention, record, and consequence may be linked, without claiming exclusivity or demanding religious adherence. The framework explicitly rejects using “karma” to justify oppression, to blame victims, or to excuse deliberate wrongdoing. To demonstrate applicability, the model is tested against twelve well-documented global cases, including Enron, Madoff, O.J. Simpson, Volkswagen, and others. These cases are not selected to prove a belief, but to reveal a recurring structural pattern. The final section provides a Q&A toolkit and a methodological appendix, allowing readers to apply the model to personal, organizational, or historical events with repeatable analytical steps. This work is not Buddhist studies, and it is not theology. It is a structural reconstruction of causality using ancient records as data, aligned with modern systems thinking, ethics, and information-conservation logic. In the language of the sutras, the entire framework ultimately collapses into one operational directive:“Refrain from all evil; cultivate all good.”
