P1: GD-313: Integer Vacuum Selection from Grassmannian Geometry

We derive the fundamental parameters (k,n,N,D) = (3,13,16,39) from the Grassmannian manifold Gr(3,16), establishing a geometric foundation for the Standard Model. This archive contains the complete paper package including manuscript, figures, code, and supplementary materials.
