Abstract
Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot are increasingly adopted within enterprise environments to enhance productivity and operational efficiency. This paper examines the practical use of generative AI in corporate IT operations, focusing on productivity enhancement, troubleshooting support, and policy drafting. It also discusses governance considerations and risk mitigation practices necessary for responsible enterprise adoption.
