Well-Being as Embedded Infrastructure in the Intelligence Era
Abstract
This white paper presents an architectural framework for understanding well-being as embedded human infrastructure in the intelligence era. It positions well-being not as an individual outcome, wellness intervention, or policy add-on, but as a systemic condition that sustains human clarity, judgment, and agency under conditions of scale, speed, and complexity. The report is intended as a conceptual and diagnostic contribution to discussions on governance, system design, and human oversight in AI-mediated environments. It does not provide operational guidance, implementation methods, or policy prescriptions. This report was developed within the ContextWell Lab as part of an ongoing research initiative on well-being, human capacity, and system design.
