Fashion Alive — Lessons Learned and Reflections on Creative Cooperation

This report synthesises the lessons learned from the Creative Europe project Fashion Alive (Grant Agreement 101056307).It reflects on coordination processes, creative methodologies, educational impact, sustainability practices, digital experimentation and collaboration dynamics developed throughout the project. Based on evaluation reports, questionnaires, KPIs, roundtables and partners’ reflections, the document offers recommendations for institutions and cultural organisations interested in implementing similar cooperation projects.Rather than repeating formal reporting documents, it focuses on insights, reflections and transferability.
