Abstract

This document presents a conceptual invention framework for the construction of a hypothetical global stability-modulating input to a complex dynamical system. The framework is purely mathematical and structural, independent of biology, chemistry, or physiology, and does not assert empirical efficacy, medical validity, or physical realizability. The proposed input is defined as an external potential-modifying agent designed to reduce negative relational gradients across a system without requiring localization of instability. The framework describes how such an agent would be constructed in principle, using dynamical systems theory, potential fields, and global coupling assumptions. This work is intended as a design abstraction, not as proof, treatment, or a claim of real-world effectiveness.
