Rigidity of Admissible Configurations and the No-Silent-Escape Principle
Abstract
This paper establishes a geometric rigidity principle governing configurations constrained by elliptic memory energies. It proves that approach to the admissibility boundary cannot occur without producing a detectable geometric event, excluding silent boundary escape. The resulting no-silent-escape mechanism supplies the coercivity required for forward-invariance arguments and is formulated independently of any specific operator or arithmetic instantiation. The principle applies broadly to admissibility frameworks satisfying elliptic localization and defect decomposability.
