Abstract

This suite provides the formal computational validation for the Unified Scale Symmetry Model (USSM), a theoretical framework that reinterprets the vacuum as a physical superfluid medium with a bulk viscosity \zeta = 7.01 \times 10^8\text{ Pa}\cdot\text{s}. The code executes high-precision statistical tests across five core cosmological tensions, achieving a global \chi^2_{red} = 0.27. Key validations include: Hubble Tension Resolution: Bridges the gap between early-universe and local expansion rates by identifying an apparent expansion baseline of H_{geo} = 55.71\text{ km/s/Mpc} and a viscous-corrected local rate of 70.10\text{ km/s/Mpc}. CMB Acoustic Peak: Predicts the first acoustic peak at l = 301.03, matching Planck satellite data within a 0.01\% error margin. Bullet Cluster Lag: Validates metric drag effects with a 4.9\sigma statistical significance.
