Theory of Neuroverse
Abstract
This paper introduces the Theory of Neuroverse, a framework for understanding consciousness as a measurable physical process. Consciousness ($\psi$) is defined through Information Availability ($I$), Integrated Processing ($P$), and Recursive Feedback ($F$). The theory explains why fundamental matter (atoms) lacks awareness, how artificial intelligence may achieve consciousness, and provides testable predictions related to neural feedback, anesthesia, and qualia. It also proposes a graded model of Free Will based on system complexity, bridging physics, biology, and information theory into a unified approach. Keywords: Consciousness, Free Will, I-P-F model, Information Theory, AI, Qualia.
