Abstract

This work is a provisional and experimental exploration of expressive limits, rather than a finalized theoretical system or a practical governance proposal. It examines a single boundary question: under what conditions does human judgement cease to meaningfully exist when decision-making and responsibility are delegated to non-human systems such as algorithms or AI? The text adopts a deliberately boundary-marking and declarative form, not to model real-world decision-making in its full complexity, but to test how far language can be pushed in articulating irreducible limits concerning judgement, responsibility, and personhood. It does not provide policy recommendations, technical prescriptions, or operational criteria.Nor does it deny the social, ethical, or communal roles of institutions such as law, technology, or religion. Instead, it should be read as a stage-bound conceptual experiment, intended to provoke careful reflection on responsibility dilution, the “human-in-the-loop” illusion, and the conditions under which human agency is claimed, transferred, or abandoned.
