Abstract

We establish c = 2 as a distinguished boundary value through a web of equivalent algebraic conditions and develop a comprehensive framework for understanding how discrete stability invariants project into macroscopic physical reality. The central mathematical results are the Matrix Invariant Closure Theorem (the condition D + det(T) = tr(T) uniquely selects c = 2) and the Jacobsthal Selection Theorem (D = 3 is the unique integer greater than 1 for which (2n − (−1)n)/D yields integers for all n). We introduce the concept of Magnied and Frequency Determined systems: physical systems whose fundamental parameters are determined by the stability requirements of period-doubling dynamics and revealed through magnication operators (matrix iteration, Pi-projection, Aitken acceleration). The key constructs 5 + π, 10 + 2π, and 5π emerge as unications of discrete energy invariants (S = 5) with geometric phase constants (π). The framework connects to Jean-Claude Perez's Master Code of Biology through the Pi-mass projection mechanism. We maintain rigorous epistemic boundaries throughout, including a Falsied Predictions section documenting where framework predictions have failed.
