The Renormalization of Gravity via 8-Spinor Gauge Symmetry: A Topologically Protected Unification
Abstract
e present a rigorous resolution to the centennial discordance between General Relativity (GR) and Quantum Field Theory (QFT) through the formalization of the Partanen-Tulkki Unified Gravity Framework. The methodology abandons the metric-fundamentalism of the Einstein-Hilbert action, proposing instead a foundational reliance upon a Space-Time Dimension Field ($I_g$), generated via four independent $U(1)$ gauge symmetries. Key Contributions: Dimensionless Coupling: We prove mathematically that the gravitational coupling constant ($g_{grav}$) is dimensionless, rendering the theory renormalizable and resolving the Goroff-Sagnotti divergence. Twistor-Spinor Isomorphism: We establish a novel isomorphism between the $I_g$ field and the Penrose Infinity Twistor, demonstrating that the "flat" background is a projection of a complex Bitwistor space ($\mathbb{CP}^3$). Testable Prediction: We predict a specific non-perturbative gauge correction to the perihelion precession of Mercury, distinct from standard GR predictions. This work operationalizes the "Isomorphic Alpha" protocol, bridging the geometric and field-theoretic descriptions of gravity.
