THE UAMR PROTOCOL: A Unified Framework for Universal Autonomous Medical Repair and Pan-Systemic Restoration
Abstract
ABSTRACT: The Universal Autonomous Medical Repair (UAMR) protocol defines a deterministic engineering framework for human biological maintenance. Leveraging 2025 advances in magnetically guided helical nanoswimmers and DNA-Lego modular assembly, it employs a swarm of 7 quadrillion 50 nm “Autobots” for real-time diagnostics and cellular repair. The system incorporates THz plasmonic power harvesting, 32-nucleotide DNA packet headers, and Neutrino-Veto safety logic. Released as a Public Domain pre-standard, this protocol underpins the Hawking Doctrine Global Commons initiative, enabling open, collaborative development of autonomous human repair technologies.
