Prior Art Positioning Note-case Epistemic
Abstract
This note identifies and provisionally names a structural limitation observed in knowledge-dependent evaluation processes. The limitation concerns the difficulty of achieving framework-independent assessment when evaluators are necessarily embedded within epistemic conditions. Detailed theoretical frameworks, empirical validations, and practical applications are deferred to subsequent work. This document serves solely for priority registration purposes.
