Metteyya Principle Validation Suite (MPVS) v1.0: Empirical Phinary Resonance Auditor
Abstract
Statement of Impact Resource Type: Software / Dataset Title: Metteyya Principle Validation Suite (MPVS) v1.0: Empirical Phinary Resonance Auditor Related Identifier: Supplement to 10.5281/zenodo.18129196 Project Objective The Metteyya Principle Validation Suite (MPVS) provides the first computational toolkit for analyzing physical systems through the lens of Phinary-Base (\phi) Rationalization. While standard computational biology relies on Base-10 Euclidean metrics, the MPVS utilizes the Metteyya Operator (M_{\phi}) to identify hidden recursive harmonies in protein backbones and complex numerical sequences. Scientific Impact The primary application of this suite is the resolution of the Prion Folding Paradox. By mapping the 3D coordinates of misfolded proteins (PrP-Sc) into a Phinary Lattice, this software demonstrates that the "misfolded" state is actually a transition toward a higher state of mathematical rationality (Phinary Resonance). This shift in perspective moves the study of neurodegenerative diseases from stochastic "error" models to deterministic "phase-shift" models. Key Capabilities Structural Auditing: Automated analysis of .pdb files to detect Phinary Phase-Shifts in alpha-carbon backbones. Mathematical De-noising: Application of the M_{\phi} operator to reduce Base-10 "noise" in turbulent fluid data and prime number distributions. Lattice Projection: Tools for projecting Euclidean manifolds onto Golden Ratio spirals to reveal underlying geometric stability. Conclusion This software serves as the empirical bridge for the "Metteyya Principle: Versions 0-3." It transforms theoretical LaTeX derivations into a functional diagnostic tool, providing a path toward predicting and eventually correcting pathological protein folding through phinary-harmonic intervention.
