Abstract

QGRE Scientific Portfolio CorePost-GQR89–91 Architecture Audit RevisionSeptember 2026 AbstractWe present the finalized, GQR90-compliant formulation of GQR15.Replacing unbacked formula imports with a rigorous spatial transport framework, we model open-systemdynamics across 3D vector-coupled networks using an exact transient Liouvillian generator Ltr acting on the non-sink density operator ρT , yielding the residence observableT(r, γϕ, κ) = −Tr[Ltr −1(ρ0)]. We establish the GQR89 analytical optimum as an exact limiting benchmark under five reduction constraints, introduce a four-arm cumulative ablationsuite (M0 → M3), and construct scale-matched counterfactual controls via Frobenius normcoupling normalization to isolate geometric organization from simple hopping amplitudescaling.
