GQR16 v3.0: Strain-Derived Effective Geometry and Open-System Transport in Dirac Networks
Abstract
QGRE Scientific Portfolio CorePost-GQR89–91 Architecture Audit RevisionSeptember 2026 AbstractWe present a fully audited, GQR90-compliant refactoring of GQR16. We resolve historical double-counting errors by establishing that strain-modified lattice hoppings and continuous pseudogauge fields represent alternative modeling levels rather than additive mechanisms. From spatial strain profiles ϵ(r), we derive bond-resolved lattice hoppings Jij [ϵ(r)]and construct the long-wavelength Dirac continuum description, deriving an effective metrictensor geffij(r) directly from the position-dependent tetrad vai(r). Open-system transportacross strained networks is evaluated using an exact transient Liouvillian residence timeT = −Tr[Ltr −1(ρ0)] and acceptor yield YA(t). Finally, we introduce Frobenius norm scalematched controls to isolate genuine spatial strain patterning from mere hopping amplitudeamplification.
