Abstract

Modern data systems face a fundamental contradiction: meaningful intelligence extraction requires access to large-scale data, while privacy regulations and ethical constraints prohibit identity exposure. Existing approaches such as anonymization and encryption fail to resolve this tension. Anonymization is vulnerable to re-identification through correlation attacks, while encryption protects data at the cost of analytical usability. This repository presents the Black Heart Engine, a zero-identity pattern extraction framework designed to enable intelligence extraction, aggregation, and sharing without storing, exposing, or reconstructing user identity. The core contribution of this work is the Black Heart Law, an identity-subspace removal principle that structurally separates semantic patterns from identity-bearing components in high-dimensional representations. By removing identity at the representation level rather than masking it, the system is designed to prevent identity reconstruction by design. The framework follows a four-stage architecture: Neural encoding of raw inputs into abstract representations Identity subspace removal to produce irreversible clean vectors Pattern fingerprinting for stable semantic identification A pattern ledger that stores only aggregate statistics At no stage does the system retain raw input data or user identity.
