SCARM – Spatially Conditioned Adaptive Risk Model
Abstract
This script implements the Spatially Conditioned Adaptive Risk Model (SCARM), an associative and non-causal framework designed to estimate relative risk or relative intensity surfaces by adaptively weighting spatial (S), contextual (C), and local (L) components. The model positions each spatial unit relative to a latent structural pattern learned from the data itself, allowing the identification of dominant structural channels without assuming causal mechanisms.
