Abstract

We present a novel architecture for enforcing protocol-level task compliance in physical space operations using Byzantine Fault Tolerance consensus mechanisms. The system addresses the critical challenge of self-reporting fraud in facility management operations, validated through 197 million operations across 76 km² over 3 years with zero incidents. Key Innovation: Mandatory step-by-step protocol enforcement with 4-source consensus validation (manual input, sensors, computer vision, GPS) that prevents task omission and fraud at the protocol level rather than post-hoc verification. Field Validation: 3 years operational deployment, 76 km² coverage area, 197,000,000+ operations, 0 incidents.
