Abstract

Complete replication package for the paper "Welfare and Spending Effects of Consumption Stimulus Policies" by Carroll, Crawley, Du, Frankovic, and Tretvoll (2025). This repository provides all code, data, and documentation needed to reproduce the paper s computational results, figures, and tables. The package uses the HARK (Heterogeneous Agents Resources and toolKit) framework to implement heterogeneous agent models for analyzing fiscal stimulus policies.
