Victor Vision: Tabula Rasa Computer Vision Architecture

Abstract: This repository hosts the proprietary source code for Victor Vision, a computer vision architecture built on the "Tabula Rasa" (Blank Slate) principle. Unlike traditional models trained on static datasets, Victor is engineered to acquire physical intelligence through observational adaptation.
