hort-benthic-pelagic is an series of R scripts (R Core Team 2022, version 4.4.3 "Trophy Case") providing analyses, figures, and tables for the manuscript "Food web complexity alters phytoplankton persistence and resilience to nutrient pulses in experimental ecosystems" published in Limnology and Oceanography The purpose of the package is to recreate figures and tables presented in the main text and appendix of the manuscript "Food web complexity alters phytoplankton persistence and resilience to nutrient pulses in experimental ecosystems" Data is pulled in the scripts from the Environmental Data Initiative where data is archived.
