Predictive Bioharmonics: PEETA — Validation of the Preimplantation Embryo–Endometrium Exact Timing Algorithm in IVF
Abstract
In IVF, embryos are often transferred based on fixed schedules or broad statistical rules, even though the exact timing between the embryo and the uterus is usually unknown. This paper shows that implantation success depends on whether the embryo and the uterus are in the right phase at the same time — not on chance. Using real embryo time-lapse data, PEETA is validated to correctly determine whether such timing alignment is possible within a given IVF cycle, and when it is not. When the embryo’s internal development can align with uterine timing, the algorithm identifies one clear transfer window; when alignment is impossible, no transfer timing works. In simple terms, the algorithm increases the chance of implantation by identifying the correct time to transfer — or by showing if no correct time exists in that cycle.
