Abstract

Bug fixes: When creating export batches, the procedure ended on a blank page. In the list of borrowings, the dates were not formatted correctly. Entering a date when importing a document could cause an error. It was possible to trigger the creation of an export batch even without a collection selected, which caused an error message regarding insufficient rights. When creating an entry transaction, it was possible to validate the operation without filling in the container. When entering metadata, if one of the fields contained multiple values, the interface could become erratic. When creating a sample, the automatic generation of the business identifier from the information entered no longer worked. The display of the database schema structure containing the rights management tables has been removed; it remains available when viewing the entire database structure Searching for the list of transactions carried out by a login failed Searching for a sample by its original uid did not work Adding attachments from a sample detail no longer worked The sample writing API failed without an error message if no primary identifier (uid, uuid, or identifier) was provided Resetting a lost password no longer worked When searching for a container, if the UID was replaced by the business identifier, this caused the application to crash. When searching for a sample, if the UID was replaced by the business identifier, an error was generated in the application logs An error was generated if no sample was selected when calling multiple deletions from the sample list A metadata model regeneration function has been added (from the model list), as well as reindexing of the sample table, to resolve certain issues encountered with older models New features: Administrators can now view files containing error messages directly from the application, to facilitate incident diagnosis It is now possible to generate labels containing two barcodes (QR code or EAN128) and a logo The first pages of the documentation intended primarily for users have been published (https://collec-science.github.io/userdocs/), currently only in French. New pages will be added in the coming months. An online help mechanism (documentation pages) has been added. It has been implemented for modifying a collection or creating a label template. In sample listing APIs, it is possible to activate a pagination mechanism to limit the number of records returned for each query.
