Abstract

This Zenodo archive contains the complete computational dataset, analysis scripts, and supplementary materials accompanying the paper "Computational Analysis of Chebyshev's Bias and the Skewes Phenomenon: A Unified Spectral Framework" by Ruqing Chen. RESEARCH OVERVIEW: This research investigates two fundamental phenomena in prime number distribution: (1) Chebyshev's bias - the persistent tendency of primes of the form 4n+3 to outnumber primes of the form 4n+1, and (2) the Skewes number - the first point where the prime counting function π(x) exceeds the logarithmic integral Li(x). KEY FINDINGS: • Spectral detection of the bias driver at frequency γ₁ ≈ 6.0209 Hz with 0.03% accuracy • Discovery of an "energy barrier" mechanism: DC offset (1.30) exceeds first harmonic amplitude (0.7), explaining the rarity of prime race reversals • Computational verification of the Skewes crossover at x ≈ 1.397 × 10³¹⁶ using 100 billion Riemann zeta zeros • Multi-precision validation: Float32/Float64 agreement with
