Abstract

Dirac Dropout: Spinor Persistence and Torsional Collapse in Unified Vibrational Field Theory (UVFT) This paper presents a novel geometric field framework—Dirac Dropout—within the broader structure of Unified Vibrational Field Theory (UVFT). Rather than treating Dirac spinors as axiomatic algebraic entities, this approach reframes them as coherence-preserving structures that emerge in response to local dropout of modal vibrational coherence. The work explores how modal torsion, strain, and vibrational recursion give rise to persistent field patterns interpreted as quantum particles. Specifically, Dirac spinors are modeled as topological survival envelopes that organize around torsional dropout zones, capturing coherence across strained curvature domains. We introduce a collapse tensor (Σμν) to quantify the local response to coherence breakdown, and construct a field emergence operator (Fμν) that blends d'Alembert curvature, torsion, and collapse strain. This feeds into a modified UVFT Lagrangian, unifying electromagnetic emergence with spinor dynamics: L_UVFT = (1/2) F^{μν} F_{μν} + ψ̄ (i γ^μ D_μ - m) ψ The mass term represents the energetic cost of coherence reentry across torsional discontinuities, while the covariant derivative D_μ encodes vibrational impedance shifts through modal space. A topological quantization condition over modal phase space is derived, revealing how charge and helicity can emerge from quantized survival winding. By grounding quantum field behavior in geometric collapse and vibrational recursion, this work offers a fundamentally new interpretation of spin, charge, and mass — not as imposed symmetries, but as emergent features of a self-healing, vibrational substrate.
