Abstract

This paper proposes the Post-Scarcity Engine, a reversible matter–information cycle that eliminates resource scarcity by treating matter as structured information. Using Information Templates, materials can be synthesized from waste or base energy and decomposed back into reusable precursors. With safeguards such as Turing Cages and causality safety valves, the system enables sustainable production, internalizes environmental costs, and neutralizes resource-driven geopolitical conflict.
