Abstract

Release v1.0.0 — Reproducible Code for JID doi:10.1093/infdis/jiaf558 This release provides reproducible analysis code supporting the primary analyses reported in the Journal of Infectious Diseases manuscript: Hendrick JS, et al. Enteric adenovirus (AdV40/41) antibody responses in a Bangladeshi birth cohort. J Infect Dis. doi:10.1093/infdis/jiaf558 The code is designed to run against the publicly available dataset deposited in the NCBI Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO): NCBI GEO accession: GSE314977 Contents R analysis pipeline Reproduces the main manuscript figures Performs feature selection and random forest analyses Generates publication-ready visualizations from GEO-curated inputs SAS analysis scripts Generates Table 1 descriptive statistics by infection group Performs nonparametric testing, principal components analysis (PCA), and multivariable logistic regression corresponding to the primary models reported in the manuscript Data Availability and Reproducibility All data used for the primary analyses are publicly available through NCBI GEO (GSE314977).The code in this repository enables independent reproduction of the main statistical analyses, figures, and tables reported in the manuscript using the GEO-curated tabular input files described in the README. Some secondary, exploratory, or sensitivity analyses performed during manuscript development are not included. Suggested Citation for This Code Hendrick JS, Ma JZ, Haughey HM, et al.
