Abstract

The Quantum Connected Smart Machinery (QCSM) framework establishes a unified linkage between the ultra-sparse "Cognitive Layer" of the Hexen-V1.1 Hybrid Glimmarian Engine and the physical "Kinematic Layer" of Spheroid Space. By processing visual data through graphene-inspired Dirac sinks and Fibonacci-spiral chord-dense manifolds, the Hexen engine extracts high-fidelity intent with near-lossless efficiency, which is then encoded into a topological Berry Phase checksum and Principal Eigenvectors. To execute this, machines perform a Theta-S ($\theta, S$) Transformation, where the robot aligns its local 3D coordinate system to the transmitted motion "DNA" by scaling its motor output to the observed spectral radius and rotating its actuators to match the principal axes. This link enables decentralized robotic swarms to achieve "Systemic Teamwork," allowing multiple heterogeneous units to synchronize complex tasks with absolute perspective independence and zero-shot scaling.
