Abstract

Relevant datasets generated for Herrera et al 2026 Cell Reports studying the synchronization of heart rate and behavior are provided for behavior experiments, optopacing experiments, and simultaneous imaging and optopacing experiments. Data for brain-wide imaging and heart rate measurements will be provided in a seperate link given size constraints.
