Abstract

Unified gravitational theory resolving quantum measurement problem, dark matter, and dark energy through multi-scale spacetime geometry. Microscopic torsion fluctuations induce collapse (Γ ∝ N²), macroscopic harmonic constraints produce flat rotation curves (a₀ = cH₀/2π derived). Three independent observables constrain ξ ≈ 1. Dark energy from Hubble-damped torsion vacuum (10⁻³ eV)⁴ without fine-tuning. Keywords: Quantum measurement, Dark matter, Dark energy, Axial torsion, Harmonic curvature, Wavefunction collapse, PTRs, Born rule emergence, Modified gravity, Cosmological constant, Multi-scale spacetime, Geometric dark matter, Decoherence, Unified field theory
