Abstract

Traditional AI and economic models fail at undecidable problems because they attempt linear derivation in non-linear manifolds. This paper introduces the Recursive Regime Compiler, a framework that reframes undecidability as a thermodynamic state of High-Entropy Stability. The Dossier Structure: • Part I (The Theory): Establishes the "Hybrid Annealing" methodology, toggling between fluid heuristics (Mode B) and crystalline logic (Mode A) to navigate complex manifolds. • Part II (The Evidence): Presents empirical diagnostics from January 3, 2026, using the Omega-Engine to identify a critical "Decoupling" between financial venting (Bitcoin Psi approx 0.037) and geopolitical suppression (Conflict Narratives Psi approx 0.011). • Part III (The Protocol): Outlines the "Inverse Tree Protocol" for navigating this volatility by constructing attractor states. Companion Artifacts This operational doctrine is supported by formal proofs and software: • Formal Mathematical Proofs: 10.5281/zenodo.18135875 • Omega-Engine Software: 10.5281/zenodo.18005100
