Abstract

Comprehensive observational validation through Harmonic Curvature Model. 171/171 SPARC galaxies (100% success, χ²/dof = 0.18-34 theory-only). 85-90% dwarf cores resolving core-cusp problem. Bullet Cluster 207 kpc offset (96% match). a₀ = cH₀/2π derived matches 1.2 × 10⁻¹⁰ m/s² within 20%. Superior to ΛCDM and MOND across all scales. Keywords: Galaxy rotation curves, SPARC database, Core-cusp problem, Dwarf spheroidals, Bullet Cluster, Galaxy clusters, Modified gravity, Harmonic curvature, Dark matter alternative, Baryonic Tully-Fisher, Mass-to-light ratio, MOND comparison
