Reconstructing the Therapeutic Paradigm: An Integrative Medicine Framework Based on the Local-System Binary Model
Abstract
This paper proposes a general systems medicine framework dividing diseases into in situ problems and systemic synergistic failures. A four-level dynamic intervention model is introduced, advocating for AI integration to handle complexity and shift the paradigm from symptom suppression to system reconstruction. Demonstrated through an Alzheimer’s case study, this technology-neutral model provides practical guidance for precise, integrative, and humanistic medicine.
