Atlas v2.6 — Harmonic Mode Mapping and Nodal Detection Pipeline for Real Astronomical Bodies
Abstract
Atlas v2.6 is a research-grade Python pipeline developed to detect, map, and analyze harmonic structure, coherence pathways, and nodal attractors in real astronomical time-series data. This release represents a frozen archival version corresponding to the completed Atlas v2.6 analysis cycle. The software implements a structure-first approach to dynamical systems, focusing on harmonic modes rather than positional trajectories. Atlas v2.6 was used to:• compute harmonic coherence fields across real-body datasets• detect nodal attractors (Nodalex) as regime-selection boundaries• generate harmonic mode maps based on combined coherence and node metrics, defining admissible structural regimes rather than dynamical capture• demonstrate that multiple bodies can be temporally co-present with the same harmonic structural schedule, independent of spatial coincidence The pipeline is designed for research reproduction and inspection, not as a turnkey application. Many intermediate steps were executed manually during analysis, reflecting the exploratory and structural nature of the work. This archive preserves the exact codebase, outputs, and directory structure used in the final Atlas v2.6 results.
