Abstract

This record provides Version 9.6 of the Bahamut Kanzen Master Protocol,a reproducible and audit-ready protocol for a Route C(de Branges / Hermite-Biehler) approach to the Riemann Hypothesis. This version finalizes the author attribution across MAIN, SI, and RUNLOG,unifies the core governance rule “NO OVERCLAIM” in all headers, and replaces all placeholder fields with computed and fixed values, including SHA256 hashes for reproducibility. This is a protocol paper, not a proof claim by default. No unconditional claim of the Riemann Hypothesis is made unlessall decisive gates (C-CP1, Step2-K3, Step3-D1) are proven under the stated conditions.
