PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA DENGAN METODE DISKUSI PADA MATERI PERKEMBANGANBIAKAN HEWAN MATA PELAJARAN IPAS DI KELAS V SDN KEDAUNG WETAN 7 KOTA TANGERANG

ABSTRACTThis study is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) aimed atimproving student learning outcomes through the application ofdiscussion methods to animal reproduction in the social studiessubject in fifth-grade students at SDN Kedaung Wetan 7, TangerangCity. The research problem is the low student learning outcomes dueto teacher-centered learning. The study was conducted in two cycles,including planning, implementation, observation, and reflection.The subjects were fifth-grade students. Data were collected throughobservation and learning achievement tests, then analyzedqualitatively and quantitatively. The results are expected todemonstrate that the application of discussion methods can improvestudent engagement and learning outcomes, thereby achieving theMinimum Completion Criteria (KKM).Keywords: Discussion Method, Learning Outcomes, AnimalReproduction, Social Studies
