CESI 3.0 – Engineering Extraction Appendix: From Completed Science to Executable Design Constraints
Abstract
Abstract This appendix provides an engineering extraction from CESI 3.0 (Co‑Evolutionary Science of Intelligence). CESI 3.0 formally completes intelligence evolution as a scientific discipline; however, science completion does not automatically translate into design executability. This document extracts CESI’s invariant constraints, irreversible mechanisms, and design‑relevant prohibitions into an engineering‑usable form, without modifying CESI’s theoretical content or versioning. The appendix therefore functions as a downstream engineering interface, not a scientific revision.
