Abstract

Abstract This paper applies the Law of Non‑Merger of Super‑Institutions (LNMSI) and the LX Cognitive Engineering Stack (LX Stack) to explain recurring historical failures of total integration across three domains: sovereign states, platform corporations, and frontier AI model ecosystems. Rather than treating these failures as contingent or political accidents, the paper demonstrates that they are structurally necessary outcomes of power incompressibility, identity non‑fungibility, and systemic external veto. LNMSI reframes “failed unification” as a diagnostic signal of system maturity, while LX Stack provides a comparative explanatory framework linking governance feasibility, evolutionary dynamics, organizational topology, and agent strategy.
