ON OBSERVER COHERENCE AS A THERMODYNAMICALLY SUSTAINED REGIME OF MATTER–ENERGY SYSTEMS
Abstract
This paper examines observership as a physically sustained regime rather than an intrinsic or permanent property of matter. By defining observation as an active process of state comparison that requires continuous thermodynamic and structural enforcement, the analysis shows that observer coherence is a non-equilibrium condition maintained by binding forces against thermal and stochastic disruption. Because this enforcement operates with finite efficiency and irreversible degradation, observer coherence is necessarily transient: physical systems can lose the capacity to observe while physical law itself remains intact.
