Abstract

This ZIP archive constitutes the canonical, closed record of the ICARUS structural framework. It gathers the final formal paper (ICARUS+E+R+M), the ontological manual, and the canonical README, providing a complete, authoritative reference for the ICARUS framework and its extensions. ICARUS is a strictly delimitative structural program. It characterizes regulation under dynamic closure and formalizes the stepwise emergence of evaluative differentiation (E), reference (R), and meaning (M), while explicitly marking phenomenology as a non-structural limit rather than a further architectural layer. This archive fixes the correct interpretation, scope, and limits of ICARUS, preventing emergentist or psychological misreadings. Status: LABORATORY — CLOSED.
