Abstract

This paper provides a deterministic resolution to the ANITA Anomaly—the detection of ultra-high-energy "upward-pointing" particle showers by NASA’s Antarctic Impulsive Transient Antenna. Standard Model physics considers these events anomalous because the Earth should be opaque to high-energy neutrinos at such angles. By applying the Axioms of Invariant Structural Electrodynamics (ISE), specifically Law IV (The Law of Mandatory Correction), the author demonstrates that these particles are not incident from space, but are high-energy "internal secretions" from the Earth’s core. Within the ISE framework, the Earth’s interior is a high-density potential refinery that must periodically discharge structural debt ($D_T$) to maintain the $\Sigma=0$ Protocol. This work identifies the Antarctic detections as the first empirical evidence of the Earth’s active electrodynamic metabolism, providing a unified explanation for UHECRs without invoking hypothetical "new" particles.
